Two ways in. The same careful middle. Loose prints, albums, 35mm slides, and negatives. Standard turnaround is about 2–3 weeks after we have the photos. Rush is +50% (minimum $20) and aims for about 3–4 business days when the calendar allows, for orders under 500 items.

Drop off or pickup

1. Ask for a range. Prints start at $0.40, slides and negatives at $0.60, with a $35 minimum.
2. Pay, then hand them over. Work starts only after payment. Approve the price, pay here, then mail the box or drop it off. There is no outbound fee on local drop-off. We photograph the lot together. Pickup near the shop is free.
3. We count and confirm. If the pile is bigger than the guess, you approve the new number before more work.
4. You pick them up. Originals, plus a drive or a link.

Mail-in

A box from anywhere in the US

1. Pay, then pack. Minimum is $75 before the outbound label. Ship it yourself, or add a prepaid label. You ship it to us (you pay outbound). We ship originals back (we pay return).
2. It is photographed on arrival. You get a count. If it is higher than what you paid, extra work waits until you approve the difference.
3. The work is the same. One order at a time, then a preview link.
4. Originals ship back. We pay return postage, and it is tracked. Write your order number on the outside of the box.

Keep albums separate

You bag the prints before mail-in or drop-off. Put each album’s prints in its own plastic zip bag, with a note inside: album name, a date if you want one, and any other notes. We leave those bags as you packed them and do not reorganize them. Digital file folders stay separate for free for up to 5 albums. Each album or folder after that is $2.
